Anhui Yunhai Aluminum Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Anhui Yunhai”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nanjing Yunhai Special Metals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Nanjing Yunhai”), plans to invest in the construction of an annual output of 2 million building formwork projects in Chaohu City, Anhui Province. The fixed asset investment of the project is 0.237 billion yuan. The relevant power engineering projects mainly undertaken by Zhengrui Power Group are as follows:

1, Anhui Yunhai 110KV substation power installation, commissioning and construction;

2. Anhui Yunhai 110kV Substation 2# Main Transformer Extension Project

3. Nanjing Yunhai aluminum alloy, aluminum intermediate alloy and aluminum magnesium alloy die casting and deformation processing project;

4, Nanjing Yunhai high and low voltage switch cabinet equipment procurement;

5. Nanjing Yunhai 110kV Substation External Connection Project;

6. Installation and commissioning of electrical part of Nanjing Yunhai 110 kV Substation.
