Product Construction

● Insulation layer: Special formula and mixing technology ensure the high quality of prefabricated EPDM insulation rubber. Outer semi-conductive layer: pre-fabricated EPDM conductive rubber meets IEEE592 standards.

● Lightning arrester core: It is composed of zinc oxide lightning arrester valve plate treated by special process.

Copper bottom cover: copper bottom cover is closely combined with the outer conductive layer of the lightning arrester to make the lightning arrester waterproof effectively and provide grounding point for the lightning arrester.

● Grounding wire: the grounding wire at the lower end of the arrester is used to effectively connect the lightning impulse voltage to the grounding position. Inner semi-conductive layer: Pre-formed EPDM conductive rubber effectively controls electrical stress.

● Studs: Tinned copper bolts ensure a tight fit between the conductor and the casing.

● Insulator end cover: make the product have insulating and sealing effect.
